I personally don't mind the ticking sound.. What I don't like is the sound the tyres make on the road when the bike is moving. Sometimes if I ride on really smooth concrete the noise is minimal, but on normal road surfaces or gravel it really gets on my nerves. Any ideas on how I could fix this?

I am also not into the noise that birds make in the morning, it keeps me awake.
