I just sold an NOS reg handlebar mount cage too a forum member for $15 I think... it was a later model mind you... that's pricey! On the other hand I noticed that the 3 NOS reg bottle cage I have for frame mounting are the same as the ones on the Sanson Benottos in SUnday in Hell making them period for 1976, somewhat earlier than I thought, which means the one I sold for the handlebars could be that old as well.
