CB stuff is all compatible as far as I can tell. The worst case scenario is that you might have to shave some of the sole off of a mountain shoe to get it to work with one of the platform pedals (quattro, candy) but other than it should all work together. I have mountain shoes with regular CB cleats and road shoes with the 3-hole quattro cleat. Either of these shoes work with my quattro pedals and eggbeater pedals. So basically I can grab any of my bikes and any of my shoes and it all works. I imagine the same would be true of other CB pedals.
