But hey, check out his second video. Once he put his rollers next to his work bench, he got up and stayed there almost immediately. It took me a full hour, one session, to learn to use them. A few weeks to be steady enough and get up enough nerve to do it no-handed. And then a near disasterous day last Monday when I was trying to use them with aerobars for the first time (my first time using aerobars as well). By the end of the hour long TT practice I was so frazzled that I went outside in the driving rain during lunch on Tuesday and rode the trainer yesterday to get my TT training in. It turns out that it's true - steering with your elbows does lead to a significant loss of handling for the bike.
