No problem at all. Campy brifters are interchangeable across their line. You can use a Mirage 10 sp brifter on a Record group without a problem. Just don't post that fact on the road forum for fear of flaming.
The only real problem occurs when you don't match the QS front brifter with a QS derailleur. The front will shift but not very well.
Both Campy and Shimano have done a great job of keeping their 10 sp groups interchangeable across their line up. Good luck on the build
