What surprised me most about their lack of response was this from their website which states they are rather quick in getting back to you.
E-mail is the best way to contact Alien Bikes. With customers in time zones spanning the world, telephone is usually not the way to go. Call if you want, but don't be surprised if I don't answer in the middle of the night!
Alien Bikes has main "offices" in Norway (shipments are made from a warehouse facility in Michigan) which is on Central European Time (GMT+1), so while I reply to e-mails as soon as I can, customers from North America don't get their reply until the next day. I'm not ignoring you! I'm sleeping!
