Should I tip my auto mechanic? I know the owner but the real guy who works on the car is Mexican. He's very experienced. Its an independent shop. Another thing is the tire shop. Every time I go in for a free tire rotation, I usually tip the Mexican worker five bucks so he can get lunch.
