Do I have another 35 years from my father?

My grandfather lived to be 90-91, and smoked Pall Malls without a filter for most of his life. It's all genetics I'd say. With that said I'm 40 as of October. My body is slowing down a bit, but still kicking, hehe. The worst is my elbows. I can lift 100 pounds or more with my hands up, but turn my fingers down and try to pick up anything over 5 pounds, and I get a nice sharp pain, lol. It's hell getting old,,,,BD
