What do you do if you have a top tube pad and a rear brake, where the cable is exposed? Put a piece of housing between the two cable stops? Or totally forget the cable stops and run a single piece of housing zip tied to the top tube?

I feel like the cable rubbing on the pad is going to start a fire, or saw through my frame.
