Ya after a bit more research I edited that statement, but I'm looking for confirmation. In any case, the 75s are meant for a 109 mm ISO symmetric. Using a 111 symmetric will put you out 1 mm and using the Miche 107 symmetric will put you in 1 mm. 1 mm doesn't sound like much to cry about, especially since there's probably some error when sliding the cranks onto the taper anyway. It's never going to be perfect.
