EDIT: ugh, ok so I just measured it and this is way too big for me, which is odd cause looking at it it really looked my size... 59cm ctc seat tube and a 60cm top tube.. looks like im gonna be stripping it and selling the frame set.

Still glad I got it for the wheelset, the tires are usuable and a lot more narrow than normal 27" wheels, the tires are by peugeot, usable and labeled 27 X 1/3 which I never saw before
