"normal" tubulars, also sometimes known as "700" and also sometimes, inaccurately, described as either "27 inch" or "28 inch."
Tubular sizing is MUCH less of an issue than clincher sizing, unless you get involved with models for very small adults ("26 inch") or children (24", 22", 20") All of those sizes are super rare.
