I would try flipping the stem. it's free and the less stack height the better on a carbon fork (if it is a full carbon shaft, that is).
I knew a very good pro-level rider that had a flipped stem. Body position was beautiful on the bike. The focus should be you, not what the bike looks like.
Once you get dialed in, measure everything! it will give you a good starting point when you get another bike or if you ever change anything. Good luck with it, sounds like you got it from a good shop. Maybe you can ask them as well.
