There are friction stem mounts in the QBP that could be ordered thru LBS,or you could scavenge a pair off a thrift store bike. You could use barends that mount in the ends of the bars.
www.loosescrews.com has the barends I think or try ebay. Both the shimano and suntour index types also have a friction mode. You will also need cables and casing.
