Well, a couple of questions first...those being what type of riding are you doing/planning to do and what type of bike are you looking for?
Redline makes some very popular and high quality cyclocross bikes and KHS has a range of bikes for virtually any type of riding you could think of. Seems to me that KHS has kind of become a smaller "blip" on the radar these days, but they have a great track record for quality bikes. I've dealt with designers at KHS personally and worked for a company that building some prototype bikes for them in years past. Redline, I really don't know as much about, however I have never heard anyone say anything terrible negative about their bikes, quite the opposite in fact.
