I've bought from them many times. You need to pay via bank transfer in advance, and they usually ship with DPD, so it comes to your door.
Once they sent me the wrong item, I contacted them and they sent the right item very quickly and let me keep the wrong one. Their customer service is very good.
Sometimes shipping can be slow if the item isn't is stock, but they'll send you what is in stock and the missing item when it arrives at no extra charge.
Regular shipping to Romania is only 10 euro, but there is an extra charge of 20 euro for frames.
