I forget, too. I did 50 miles in 40-50 degree temps yesterday (yes, I know - but for ME, that's cold!), and didn't even finish the first of my two bottles. I had to THINK to remember to drink. I DID finish both when I got back.
But I don't think I sweated that much, either - no salt deposits on my temples.
