If you want to run the bars that height, fine but at least clean it up and trim off the stem so 20MM + of spacer aren't above the stem. The starnut tool to smake the starnut down further, a hack saw and a guide only costs around $30 total.
I do it for resale, even though I dont really intend to sell it ever.
