810; Polishing the cranks took a couple hours per side, but I did it all by hand with a rag and simichrome. The Shimano coating took a lot of rubbing to break down and remove (not sure what that is, anodizing?), but once that was off they polished up easy. I only did the outer surfaces since the inside frame side of the cranks were fine. It'll be a pain to maintain but this is going to be my sunny day ride anyway.
