Starting Cat 5 this upcoming season, and I'm currently torn between stagnating and losing weight or pushing forward with training. I realize being at 3-5% isn't critical at this stage in the game, but I'm at 13% (6'3" 202lbs.) so 10% is definitely within reach.
What do you guys aim for before the heavy training starts?
I could be wrong, but I think that 3-5% is unachievable.
