These forums, of course, and -- fwiw -- Hurst's 'Art of Urban Cycling' (think it's since been slightly re-titled). Tried reading Forrester (sp?), and a few others, but to my mind Hurst makes about the most sense overall, and is certainly by a long way the most readable. I've found that that book, along with a good bike maintenance book, is 'bout all I need.
