Most Pinarellos I have seen had 3T handlebars, but I don't think there is anything wrong with the one on there.
I also don't think the Shimano shifter is a real problem unless you are planning on displaying it instead of riding it. Pinarello did offer a Montello with complete Shimano components in the late 80's. My Pinarello came with Campy's 1st generation of indexed shifting, which was a joke.
