Man, it really sounds like people are busting ass to lose weight...more power to you guys...I just lost around 20 lbs from 167 down to around 146-148 depending on when I weigh myself...It's all about eating less and exercising more. Make sure you guys lift, cause as you build muscle, you burn fat faster! I'm not trying to get big (obviously at 146-148!), but I'm a hell of a lot more cut than I have been all my life! I feel great. Good luck to all of you and remember, it's all about will power and discipline. Live strong.
