On New Year's eve, I was at the Veloway, and coming out the really nasty uphill chicane thing, I mis-shifted or something and somehow managed to twist my rear derailleur completely off the frame. Stuffed the derailleur hanger, the derailleur and the chain, and put some totally sweet gouges in my aluminum frame.
