picked up an old peugeot iseran at a garage sale for 20 bucks. i have a fixie and im going to convert this one. making it my first bike project. and i want to paint everything, that includes the old rims.could i please get suggestions towards painting this. heres some pics of the rust and such. any help is greatly appreciated
