My suggestion is to avoid the mini locks, unless you're sure they'll fit. Get the standard (or even large) ones even though they cost more. Few things are as frustrating as finding out that you can't lock your bike up because the lock's too small.

Although it's true that the smaller locks are slightly more secure (people can't insert a jack to break them), I'm guessing that a larger lock can be easily set up so that would be jack attempts end up destroying the frame; hence zero value to the would-be thief.
