Anyone remember the Moxey suspension seatposts?

I bought one several years ago, and I've put on quite a bit of weight since then (of course it's all muscle ). The elastomer (the red standard one) is now not firm enough for me, and the preload I have to dial in nearly uses up all of the travel! This means it's hard to adjust my seat as far forward as I need, since it's so far back and down.

Is there any chance at all that I could find a firm elastomer for this thing?

I like the seatpost but I'm beginning to think that there's nothing I can do. If that's the case, I guess I'll just get a rigid post, since there are so many other things I have to spend money on I don't want to shell out for a new one of these (even the Thudbuster upgrade is pretty exxy for me).
