I have had consistent, reliably reproduceable problems with 700c x 25 or 28mm Forte GT2 tires and their inability to seat continuously around the rim. To such an extent, that my go to tire of choice for flip bikes are Continental Ultra Sports (price matched).

Don't ever assume a good bead seat with Forte GT2's--check every cm, both sides all around.
