trainers ... how are they for noise? i'm in an apartment and don't want to anoy my downstairs neighbours, especially since they are pretty quiet themselves ... should i get a mat to put under it when i pick one up?

i'd prefer to do rollers but my kitten would probably be a little too curious with it
