Maserati, SS?

OK, Here's a Maserati bike that I've been thinking on making SS because it fits me and just looks sexy, but I've been offered a Schwinn Premis and a Bridgestone 400 in trade for it, both bikes are in great shape but at least one will be converted, I need some advice on which bike would be a better SS as all three are my perfect size
