Bikes: Bruce Gordon BLT, Cannondale parts bike, Ecodyne recumbent trike, Counterpoint Opus 2, miyata 1000

Several groups ride the various courses ahead of the racers. Try that. In Santa Rosa different groups ride the 3 lap circuit downtown hours before the men get there. From the Pro women through the local club types down to a short bit for the tots.
