-I once saw a guy dressed up like the guy from the movie "Scream" waiting at a bus stop. It made me reflect on how unprofitable it must be to be a serial killer.
-A little further down the road I saw a buddhist monk in his robe walking down the street. Seeing as it was Halloween I wasn't sure he was for real or not.
-Saw police cleaning up a death scene near the railroad tracks, they routed me to another crossing.
-Saw a hail storm heading for me and I later understood the meaning of wet pain. Thankfully they weren't quite plum sized like on of the other posters mentioned (but they were just small enough to go through my helmet vents which were large for summertime coolness).
-Too many accidents to mention which closed the intersection to traffic but not me.
-Down near the Mexican border Drug/Illegals smuggler passing another car on a narrow no shoulder road coming right at me at 80+ mph. He managed to regain his lane just in time.
-Another recumbent riding along (when I rode my recumbent regularly)
-Giant Cujo sized dog lying dead on the side of the road out on the Gila Indian Reservation. I can't say I felt bad as I don't think I could have outsprinted him and I sure couldn't have fought him off.
-Giant oversized load mobile home pulled by a semi coming up the road behind me. Needless to say I pulled over and let him pass (I generally pull over for houses that are overtaking me)
-Saw a Harley type motorcyclist do a rather impressive endo followed by a rigorous roll right behind me in my rearview mirror (another good use for a rearview mirror).
Thats all I can remember right now. Nothing too wild.
