Last week I passed a woman on the MUP. She was in her car. Apparently she didn't realize she was on an MUP (where multi-use didn't include cars) until she approached a 6 ft wide bridge over the highway. After she had realized her situation she performed an 18 point point U-turn (Austin Powers style) as she wasn't willing to put the bumpers of her Buick into the 3ft tall snow banks on either side. It was my chuckle-sigh moment of the week.
