Do you mean, you put something up for auction and you wished someone would have paid more for it? Well, if you wanted more, you could always put a reserve on it or start the bidding at the lowest you will take for it.
Amen! Just count it as lesson 1 on the principles of auction selling. The seller should see that although he didn't get the best price that he made another humanbeing VERY happy and the parts he sold will soon be sitting on some nice vintage bike somewhere rather than languishing in a dusty box on the work bench...count it as a positive Karma investment!!!!
