I was raised on macs by my parents. They're graphic designers and have been using them since the first one showed up in the mid 80's. In grade school everyone would go out of their way to tell me that they hated macs. Now that every pc home has an ipod, people are all changing their opinions on mac, and I think that is the reason for the larger mac boom. that and the iphone. I've loved using a mac and I could never switch to a pc, but recently i've been a bit disappointed. My ipod video that I got about a year and a half ago broke, and my white macbook has been having problems since the day I opened it. I don't know if this is because they are shooting out macs faster and not being more careful with quality, but it makes me wonder if I would have so many problems when there was such a small market.
