eh, crits are hard to win, especially in bigger bucnhes. If the standard is high, you not only have to be fit, you've gotta be a decent sprinter, a smart 'positioner', and it sure helps to have big elbows and big cahoonies. A hard crit is almost like a 1-hour Keirin

Maybe road races would be better for you, with a few hills. That's what I'm pinning my pathetic hopes on.
