From: Buzzing around the Portland, OR metro area.

Bikes: Handbuilt steel with Ultegra10/FSA parts; a fully customized Bianchi Pista with phil hubs, carbon fork, king headset, etc. it's tough.

oh... i'd also suggest getting into running when you can. a 30-45 minute run is quite a bit easier to pull off than a 2-3 hour ride during that time.
