Trainer stress on bike?
I'm pretty new to cycling and just purchased a Kurt Kinetic Rock n Roll trainer for use with my bike. I think I've got everything setup right and did a test ride tonight that was really smooth. I like how I can move on the bike and the trainer moves with me and the feel is actually very "road like" based on my early experience riding. My question is does the trainer unduly stress the frame of the bike in a bad way? My frame is carbon fiber so perhaps I'm a little too paranoid about this.
I started a separate thread about the rear wheel/tire and have a continental trainer tire on the way and am about to purchase a separate rear wheel. I have limited time these days so it looks like I'll be on this trainer quite a bit. Just wanted to check to see that I'm not going to mess anything up or take precautions to minimize stress if possible. Thanks for all of your wisdom on this and always.
Cheers.
