i just went out and got the cyclops fluid2 trainer, the block, and the floor mat! yay!!!! i heard someone say that kinetics trainers are better...but my LBS only has cyclops and i like it just fine...seems good to me! i just got it assembled, put crappy pedals on, training wheels on, and spun for 20 minutes in a bunch of different gears and cadences just to see how it feels and how it works. it's neat! i want to spin on it and do interveral training until spring finally hits michigan.
i have a question though...
i'm super lazy...so that makes me wonder...will it be ok if i just leave my bike attached to the trainer? or would that be bad for the trainer, the bikes rear wheel, or the trainer skewer?
thanks!!!!
