They are not perfectly horizontal. But its definately more horizontal then vertical (stupid point on my part b/c i was able to convert it intoa fixed gear) but yea. there was another bike at target and it was semi-horizontal aswell. Don't know why i picked it (must have been the paint - which turned out to be bad after i took off the decals .... )
