How friendly are the roads Corsaire? Any big group rides during the week/weekend?

I do a local 30 mile ride every here Tuesday and Thursday... my average speed around 18mph on flat terrain with sprints from 25-30mph.

I have to travel to Austin to hammer any hills, I really can't wait to move up north!
