I live in Raleigh but don't ride fixed. All Star has a ride that starts at 7 p.m.? I hope everyone uses lights. I commute to work most days from N. Raleigh down to near the beltline off Capital. Did an inside-the-beltline ride with a friend after work one day after work, and it's a whole different riding experience than the burbs.
