In reference to the emphasis added line above...there are very few things that I do that I think everyone should do. Those things pretty much are limited to visibility (take measures to be very visible in the dark, ninja cyclists!!!!) and riding on the street. Like many though, I have lots of techniques which I feel are best for me, and thusly like to share. ILTB, with his as mentioned persecution complex, seems to believe that every opinion different from his own is both a personal attack, and an earnest effort to forcibly shape others into a form of cyclist that he has built up and mythologized into a mentally fleshed out nemesis and handy straw-man.
