Has anybody noticed how people in the same company get inspired when they see you cycling to work. I sit there and listen to them saying how much they need to get to the gym and lose weight while I sit there scoffing tea and biscuits still looking as skinny as the day I lost my cherry :-)
I couldn't agree more about not asking for permission. That's what I did, and no one complained; kind of like 'squatters rights.'

Since I started bike commuting, I've had two others try, but not with any consistancy.
