A 3-speed hub on a leader bike, I love it. I think internal gear hubs are wicked, my winter bike has been awesome with one. one consideration is Strumey hubs are marginally lighter, And can be had with out a coaster brake, personally i think a coaster brake leader bike a bit silly, but its your build do what you like, lastly i like to avoid shimano if i can
