Wow, just got off the phone with this guy and it's a Peugeot! The guy is VERY country and sounds like he has piles of bikes in his shop. I got everything from prego to pegget. No trouble. People are just a bit avid here. That Peugeot could be anything. Look for chrome fork ends and rear stays. Check for a Reynolds tubing sticker either on the seat tube or down tube. IMO at $125, it is going to have to be Reynolds to be worth the price. But if he is country, he will probably dicker. Let us know what happens.
