By the way, what happened to your foot? I have been experiencing heel pain in my left foot for the past year or so. It subsides when I don't ride or work. I just wonder what could be the culprit.
Real bad pain in left foot behind my toes. My cleats where not set up right and my shoes probably dont fit the best. I need wides. But at the same time I had a pair of hiking boots that never broke in so it may have been part of it.
I go the SPecilized inserts but I think I will have to break down and buy either new pedals or differnt shoes. I really dont want to spend another 150 on experiments.
