albekirkee is a nice place. flat along the river but still some good hill work if you want after she's done for the day. but the first thing that came to my mind was the shenandoah valley. lots of good riding, she can keep to the flats in the valley, it's warming up by then, B&Bs all over. more historical stuff to see than you have time for. fly into dulles a grab a ride south. then go back and do it again in the fall, once the leaves are turning. you may not recognize it
