As most of you know, there's been a big "to do" in Iowa over RAGBRAI because of a rider's family that sued the county over his death. It was settled out of court at the request of the county's insurance company and the county then banned RAGBRAI from their county. Now there is an organized ride as a sort of protest of that, as well as a protest of the most of the counties in Iowa wanting protection from bicyclists lawsuits.
