I guess I've been lucky as a CL seller in that over three years of flipping bikes, I think I've only had one buyer not show. But I can say that as a potential buyer, I will often make contact to find out if a bike is available, find out that it is, and then think, "Do I really need another bike?" and not follow through. Now that's not to the point of making specific arrangements to come see it, but it's likely annoying to some sellers.
